Screening
Expect initial feedback within 2-5 working days.
Candidates that get past initial screening will participate in 1-2 video meetings to assess general competency, cultural fit, and high-level technical skills.
Assessments
Depending on the role for which you apply, you will be required to complete various assessments, such as a practical assessment to demonstrate your skills.
Interviews
You will have multiple interviews with different individuals within the company. If you progress past these interviews, you will be interviewed by the Head of Department.
Reference Checks
We will conduct reference checks based on the references you have provided and from other sources.
Additional Assessments
If you are successful in the interview with the Head of Department, we may require you to undergo additional assessments, depending on the role.
Background Checks
Formal background checks are part of our standard procedure and are required by some clients and industries.

Meet and Greet with the CEO
If your background checks are clear, you will have a meet and greet with our CEO. This session provides you with the opportunity to ask any further questions about the company.
Offer
If you successfully navigate all the previous stages, you will receive an offer for the role.
Onboarding
Once you accept the offer, our onboarding team will assist you in preparing for your new role at Glucode.
