The purpose of this programme is to offer confidential, professional support to employees and their immediate families in managing personal, health, financial, and work-related challenges that may affect their wellbeing or performance.

Confidentiality
All interactions with the EAP are strictly confidential. No information discussed with the service providers will be shared with Glucode or any third party without the employee’s explicit consent, except where disclosure is legally required (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
