For each Financial Year, we budget certain value for our rewards. When deciding eligibility, values we consider various factors.
These factors may include:
- the financial health of the Company
- company performance
- economic climate
- increase in staff growth
- effectiveness of the given reward scheme
- any changes to the board or shareholders and
- other considerations in the future
Due to these factors and/or considerations and re-evaluate reward schemes from time to time.
We want to reward you fairly and ensure the rewards are a motivator for you to go the extra mile.
