Working from the Office
Meeting rooms

Sanitise your hands before and after entering a meeting room.

The meeting organiser must sanitise the table before the meeting commences and must ensure that all attendees neaten up the room, remove their belongings and push in their chairs before leaving.
Shared Spaces

Do not share personal belongings or objects such as computers, desks, stationery, lunch containers or cutlery.

Sanitiser dispensers have been placed throughout the office for your convenience. Please sanitise your hands regularly.

At your desk

All workstations must be kept neat, tidy and clean. Please remove all personal belongings at the end of the day; and sanitise your hands before leaving the building.

Before leaving, please rinse out any cups or glasses you’ve used and place them in the dishwasher.
