Heroes of the Month

We believe in recognising individuals for the contributions they make towards their team, the projects and Glucode as a whole.

Hero of the month is awarded to the team member who diligently showed, lived and embraced our values in their work and within their team.

Voting

Each team will receive a survey to nominate their “Hero of the Month”.

When voting for a nominee, the vote should:

• include the values displayed by the nominee
• motivate how they lived and breathed the values in their work activities

Once all the team votes have been tallied, the Lead will identify the Hero of the Month and share the announcement with the team.

Each team will share their Hero of the Month with the People Team with all the motivations for review.

The People team will fairly assess each team’s winner and an overall Star Hero of the Quarter will be selected.

Award

If you are voted the Hero of the Month for your team, you will receive

• a company-wide post will be made recognising you and your contributions to the team.
• a unique reward. See other rewards.
