Star Hero of the Quarter

The Star Hero of the Quarter is a prestigious award to recognise individuals who continually embody and radiate our values into their work activities and interaction with others.

To be eligible for Star Hero of the Quarter, you need to have been nominated as Hero of the Month during that quarter.

Voting

Heroes of the Month winners’ details will be sent to the People Team along with all supporting motivations.

A fair assessment will be conducted of each team winner, an overall Star Hero of the Quarter will then be selected and the Star Hero will be announced in Town Hall.

Award

If you are voted the Star Hero of the Quarter, you will receive

• a company-wide post will be made recognising you and your contributions to the team
• recognition in our Town Hall
• a unique reward. See other rewards.
